I am very pleased with the service rendered by my tech Bennett. In fact, the past few follow-up visits, I have been requesting him because he is very professional and thorough. He really knows his stuff! The first time he came here he found a crack in my crawlspace, leading to my garage, which he plugged. That seems to have done the trick and I no longer have any sign of mice in my garage. On further follow up appointments, there has been very minimal sign of mouse activity until today when he noticed another point of entry in the crawlspace. This is my first time to use Pointe pest control and I was very pleased. Bennett showed up right on time and went right to work. I had some mice in my basement due to some construction near my home and Bennett found the spots where they had gotten in and installed copper mesh to prevent re-entry. He put out traps in case there were any other invasions, and will come back in three weeks to check the traps. After dealing with large national firms, I really appreciate using a local business.

Pointe has turned our pest control completely around, in a great way! Our house was a pest camp ground when we first moved in. Now after being with Pointe for 1.5 years, pests are very much under control & we rarely see any pests at all anymore. Our tech Nick has done a fantastic job. It’s nice knowing the same person will be at our house for service & he has been very respectful of our property. Thank you!
