Pointe Pest Control continues to deliver exceptional service! I called the office to request follow up service on wasp activity around my deck. Called customer service, they had a tech out the next day. The tech let me know he was on his way to my house and followed up when he was done. Highly recommend their service.
I was impressed how quickly Justin showed up to treat our property for mosquitoes. He showed up only a few days after we requested to have this service added in addition to the services we already had set up under contract. I would also like to mention that it is really nice to see that Pointe really values people’s time and schedules. Justin called prior to his arrival as we had requested so that we could make sure to have our dogs put up and it was really nice that he showed up the day he was scheduled, something that seems to be harder and harder to find these days, and was very thorough and courteous to my family and pets. It’s too early to say how effective the treatment was, but after my insect problem became apparent, I called and they were here within 24 hours to remedy the situation inside and out. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
