Armando is amazing!!!!! We are so lucky to have him stop by and help us with our service. He was extremely thorough and professional. He found a wasp nest and took care of it before it became a big problem.
Armando from Terminix was absolutely amazing. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.
We had a flying ant infestation in our master bedroom where they had built a nest. The first technician simply asked me where I wanted him to spray and then left. My experience with Armando was completely different. He thoroughly explained why the infestation happened, what treatment he was performing, and what we should expect moving forward.

I have PestFree 360 maintenance plan for my home, detached garage and pole barn in a wooded area. Technician Alex does a great job with attention to detail. He is a great communicator. There is a huge difference this last year from the services different techs provided in years past. I recommend Alex 100%!
