“I called Bed Bug Solutions and a few other companies. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. I really like how Linda talked to me and I want to express my appreciation for you, Linda, by writing this review here. I inspected my sheets, mattress and bedframe thoroughly for evidence of bedbugs and didn't see any bugs or spots. I concluded I don't have bedbugs, which I'm relieved about. If I had decided to hire a dog inspection, I would have chosen Linda first, both because of price and because of the quality of her communication. “Zachary came to my house to remove three squirrels that had fallen down my fireplace chimney with their nest. He managed to corral all three and put them in cages without harming them.
