I called Eye Care and they connected me to the Wheeling office and I haven't looked back. It feels like Dr. Wasserman and the WHOLE team there really care about me and my pet. I call or email frantic messages and they always respond in a calm way. When a pet mom is nervous and out of options the team here really help and not match my emotions. She has been wonderful with all of the issues both of my dogs have had, such as cancer and arthritis. Dr. Bannow is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She takes the time to explain everything. She is conservative and doesn't push extra stuff either. Additionally, Dr. Bannow is professional yet extremely personable. She really cares for you and your pet. I highly recommend her.
