My cat, Penny, underwent dental treatment, and the process was smooth and efficient. The intake was quick, and the communication with the vet was excellent. They explained the findings and recommended the necessary steps. The vet also provided detailed at-home care instructions, and Penny is doing well now. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure, but I felt reassured once I witnessed the professionalism and expertise of the entire team.
The Animal Care Center is exceptional. May I repeat exceptional. They are caring loving friendly and and make you feel like you're at home. They genuinely care about your pet and they care about the stress that you are going through when your pet is ill. I certainly would recommend them to anyone. My dog Cody was exceptionally happy because when he left he gave me two paws up. Good luck
We arrived a little early and were taken right in. We were allowed to ask questions and interact with the doctor and techs. I want to support Deerfield animal care not only for their great service and care for our adopted cat, but also for their support of all of the rescues and shelter animals they care for. They are true to their word and they do support the animals and new parents after adoption. This was very important to us and we will continue to use Deerfield Animal Care for all of our kitty veterinarian care. They have earned our loyalty.
