If I could give Dr. Bannow and her entire team a zillion stars, I would. And honestly, I’d still feel like I was underselling them.
We have been seeing Dr. Bannow for about 10 years, and as anyone with cats knows, a trip to the vet is generally considered a catastrophic betrayal of the feline-human relationship. My cats hate the carrier. They hate the car. They hate me after.
But the entire experience at North Shore Family Pet practice is different.

This is a long overdue review but we love North Shore Family Pet. We have seen several doctors there and all of them have been so kind, patient, and informative about the care of our senior cat. I have often remarked that I wish I got the same time and attention from my own doctors. The office staff is also very helpful and responsive. We love NSFP!

My Pomeranian wasn’t anxious during the entire visit. Behaving as his usual self. I know him thoroughly best, every detail. He was comfortable. Love being on the same page as the vet, saved my breath. Proficient. Inviting waiting area, clean, professional and friendly staff. Straightforward process, always best.
