All the 5-star ratings are well deserved. This is a business that prides itself on working hard to accommodate its clients. I came in with some questions about a friend who desperately needed eyeglasses but was very constrained budget-wise. Tammy told me to send them in, and she made sure to find frames within the budget that still looked amazing. Sometimes we might think a north shore store would only carry the most expensive brands, but there is an amazing range at New Vision, and you can find something great even on a tight budget. I have been going to New Vision Optical for many years (over 20) and they have always been fantastic. Pat (the owner) and Tammy are totally dedicated to providing top drawer, friendly service. Of late, I bought a pair of sunglasses that ended up too dark for my liking. They reworked the sunglasses and now all is perfect. Their costs are reasonable, but the friendly, attentive, and prompt service are almost beyond belief in this modern world of robots answering the telephone. Real personal service from wonderful human beings. Now that is RARE.

I am so impressed with New Vision. I went to a different optometrist/optician for my glasses and had to go back no fewer than *4* times within a month, the last time being unable to find parking in their lot or anywhere near on the street, and I gave up. I had previously called around to ask about how my glasses might be fixed. Not only were they pleasant and professional on my call to New Vision, but someone called me back after hours on Friday evening to discuss.
