Very friendly service - Dr. Svetlana was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable - she was so patient with all my questions. The optician Sultan helped me price out the contacts and glasses and was also so accommodating to all my questions. He was very patient and kind with me being so indecisive about which frames to choose. His professional input which was so helpful in guiding me! The store was very busy with customers and yet he took his time in making sure all my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend others here based on the level of customer service I received!

My son 6 years old doesn’t speak English well but everyone was very sweet and the doctor was very patient with him during the whole exam. If you pay an extra 29 for an eye picture, you can see the back of the eyes which the parent can see as well. There was nothing to be concerned about at the moment, but I thought it would be a good base line for the future and just being able to “see” instead being verbally explained, it made me feel more confident about my kid’s eye condition.

Sultan was very helpful. He guided me to choose the proper type of frame for my eye prescription. I would have otherwise picked a frame that, because of my lenses, would have caused some distortion. That's superior service!
