Eventually my HVAC failed and so I compared a few quotes and ultimately went with New Comfort and Tomasz for my new HVAC system as his attention to my needs, incredible patience, ability to explain all the details just blew me away. Other companies treated me like just another sale or deal to be made, NOT Tomasz. They treated me like FAMILY. “When moving into a new home/new town, we called Advantage Air for our annual tune up on both furnace and AC. Both times we received service that was punctual, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. But their integrity is what calls for five stars. When we needed maintenance on the 9 year old AC unit, Kelly came by to access the problem, explain clearly what was going on (refrigerant leak), offer short term and long term solutions (depending on what we were ready to spend), and circled back a few days later to access the results of the solution. There was no sales pitch to get a new unit. Offered...but no pressure. When time came to service the 10 year old furnace, we had the same experience. A nudge that the unit may need replacement very soon....but no pressure to do so. They are willing to go out of their way to accommodate my erratic work schedule and have provided additional courtesy work when that was needed, albeit not scheduled. Kelly, Steve, and Tess care that their clientele is satisfied with their service. We definitely are!“

“I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“

“A-Guy Home Services did a great job on my new furnace. Of course my furnace decided to die on one of the coldest days in Chicago so finding a company to come out and fix it was a must. Paul and Lawrence went above and beyond they installed my furnace the same day and haven’t had any issues since. I love the new smart thermostat they installed the Ecobee awesome to use as the app is on my phone and I can it use anywhere. I will be calling them in the spring for air conditioning service and maintenance in the fall. Thanks A-Guy!“
