Great company, service and price! Junior and Mike from All Temp came out on same-day notice when my ac unit stopped working. They were friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I asked to watch and learn from what they were doing and they walked me through everything. 1 year ago, a different company told me I needed a new unit even as it was working, Junior and Mike replaced 1 part, and my unit is soaring along sweetly. So pleased with this team - I'll definitely be back in the fall for my furnace cleaning.
Technician showed up on time. He performed maitainance and explained options i had as it had a leak. Found out i needed condenser coils replaced. He let me know i was 5 days left on my 10 year warranty. He did a thorough job of explaining what they will do and when, all parts and labor covered under the warranty. Very professional.
Chris was incredible!! He was patient with me as we are new into the unit. He was very thorough and got us up and running with our heat in 20 minutes! He also came within 30 minutes of our initial call. Thank you!!!
