We came home from a work trip at 5:50 a.m. to find our house in the high 90s due to the heat wave I got a hold of Luis around 7:00 a.m. and the technician had arrived prior to me leaving for work at 7:45 a.m. they were quick to diagnose get parts and give me a call and get us into a livable condo again after being up for 38 hours straight due to travel.
