We cannot say enough nice things about Efron, Matt and the team at Falcon. We arrived home late on a Friday night on one of the coldest days in January to find the furnace wasn’t heating. Efron answered the phone! He talked me through some things to check and was at our house promptly the next morning (Saturday). He was able to get heat back temporarily and explained it was time to replace the 23 year old unit. His quote was fair and the installation went well. They are responsive and professional. And on top of it all they are genuinely nice guys! We highly recommend Falcon.
Efron, Matt and the Falcon team are outstanding! Just replaced a faulty mini split heat pump for my small business in Lockport, and kept the old one running somehow till the replacement came in. Matt is an terrific technician and is prompt and very easy to work with. Thank you Falcon!
fantastic experience with falcon HVAC services! That was my technician and he was fantastic. He came quickly, was very honest and did a great job. I had another place. I was looking at that Wanted me to buy a whole new air conditioner, but matt figured out the problem quickly and it was just a small repair.
