Really couldn't be happier with how Efrain and Matt have taken care of us over the years. Always prompt and cordial with service requests and this week was above and beyond that. Our AC unit needed replacement leading up to a heat wave unexpectedly, and they were here the next morning with the unit/parts to complete install of the new unit before the temps picked up. Great group of people and would 100% recommend!
My HVAC system is still functioning but is 20 years old. Additionally, our master bedroom has not been getting proper heat/air for quite a while. The representative from Falcon, Efrain, was the ONLY person out of probably 6 people I have had out that noticed the valving to the master bedroom was closed. It is now much more pleasant and we will wait to buy a new system, but when we do we will definitely go with Falcon. Their prices were better than other vendors and it is obvious they care about their clients.
We cannot say enough nice things about Efron, Matt and the team at Falcon. We arrived home late on a Friday night on one of the coldest days in January to find the furnace wasn’t heating. Efron answered the phone! He talked me through some things to check and was at our house promptly the next morning (Saturday). He was able to get heat back temporarily and explained it was time to replace the 23 year old unit. His quote was fair and the installation went well. They are responsive and professional. And on top of it all they are genuinely nice guys! We highly recommend Falcon.
