Great service!! I’m a complete illiterate when it comes to HVAC. Nick was amazing and fixed our problem in seconds! He’s a genius. We came back from vacation last night with a freezing cold house AND we have a 10 month old daughter. It’s hard to find the right technicians who are fair and honest but I’m grateful to have finally found them now. These guys will be my go-to HVAC team, hands down. Very competent! Shout out to Nick! Would’ve given more stars if I could.
Our AC went out on a 100+ degree day. I called Nick and he was at our house less than 20 MINUTES LATER! He was able to fix a part that went out and our AC was running 45 minutes after my initial phone call. This is our second call to Nick and both times have been a pleasant experience. When problems come up with your AC it can be a stressful time but Nick came to the rescue quickly and efficiently both times with impeccable customer service!! Cannot recommend Affordable American Air enough!
