It was a pleasure having Advantage Air replace our furnace and A/C system. We worked mostly with Tess and Kelly. They were thorough, professional and provided all of the important details we needed to make a decision. The work was done promptly and efficiently.
We called Advantage Air after our AC stopped working this summer. Tess answered late on Saturday and gave us the option for a weekend service call or to wait until Monday morning. We chose to wait as the temps were bearable. Kelly arrived early (!) and immediately identified the problem as our motor seizing up. As our AC unit was over 40(!) years old, he explained that he could try and find the parts and fix it and provided an estimate. The cost to fix would be nearly the cost to replace. On one of the hottest days this summer (95 degrees) we realized the fan in our AC unit wasn't spinning. We quickly found Advantage on Google and called and I can't believe how nice they were and how quickly Steve was able to come over. He found the problem and made sure we were up and running.
