Had an eye emergency at work today-one of my contacts fell out and after cleaning it multiple times I could not get it back in comfortably. Didn’t have time to go home and get a new pair since I was at work so I stopped by this location hoping they could help. Cole was super friendly, easily pulled up my account and prescription and gave me two trial contact lenses to get me through the work day! Highly recommend getting your exams and glasses here :)
Today, I went to this Warby Parker location because I stepped on my glasses and the frames were very off balance. Venus was so helpful and professional. He took lots of time to make sure they were just right. I’m so grateful and highly recommend Warby Parker in general and especially the Gold Coast location if you are in Chicago.
This was the easiest experience I ever had choosing glasses. Many styles and colors of frames - but not so many it was overwhelming. The salesperson was helpful but not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the products. I can’t wait to get my glasses!
