He took the time to walk around with me while I tried a few different frames on, gave me his honest feedback, and helped me check all of the boxes I had today. Went to the Gold Coast store on State Street for an eye exam and to select glasses. The doctor who conducted the exam was thorough and took the time to explain as the exam progressed. Afterwards, the customer support person did an excellent job at helping to select just the right frames. In fact, she found two frames that really were perfect.
