Juliet and the entire team at Southport went above and beyond, diligently following up with me over several weeks to ensure the issue was resolved. Their service was truly top-notch. The doctor was extremely efficient and kind. Checked my existing glasses versus my new prescription and explained what changed, how to handle, etc. Store was clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

This was a great shop experience. I had done a virtual try-on and came prepared with a list. Phil took my list and gathered everything for me in one convenient area with some additional options he thought I’d like. He was quick, kind and beyond helpful! Thanks Phil!
