I was visiting Chicago (amazing city by the way!) from Calgary where unfortunately we have no Warby Parker stores so was excited when I spotted one on a walk with friends.I won’t go into too much detail but the shopping experience had it all….Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were very patient as we tried a massive variety of styles, great prices including prescription sunglasses and finally a very crisp order process where two pairs arrived in the mail exactly as ordered a very short time later.Couldn’t have asked for more really. Big fan now!

I had the best shopping experience at Warby Parker. Sydney was my salesperson and she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door.I showed her a pair of glasses that I saw on someone on TV and she found a similar pair without hesitation.

I own two pairs of glasses from SEE Optical. I just needed an adjustment on the frames. I got up early and drove 30 minutes so I could find parking. For whatever reason, they were closed and opening at 1pm. I thought it was a long shot, but I saw Hannah at Warby Parker. Not only did she adjust my frames, but gave me a free glasses case. She was so knowledgeable and nice. My visit was delightful! Now that’s the way to get a new future customer! I highly recommend!
