I visited this location on July 27 and had the pleasure of working with Sydney, the Optical Manager. I brought in a pair of sunglasses that I was hoping to get repaired. After visiting nearly five other optical shops, I was told no one had the simple part I needed.
Then I met Sydney.
She immediately took charge, searched through the store's repair kit, and found exactly what I needed. Not only did she fix the issue, but she also gave me a couple of spare parts so I'd be covered if the same problem ever came up again.

Today I visited Warby Parker on Armitage because my sweet little puppy named Merrigold decided to make my newest pair of spectacles into her victim. She ate only the nosepads and twisted the pair just enough to have them revived by the AMAZING gentleman named Shanley. He so swiftly doctored Merrigold's experiment, and now I am happier than a clam!! Thank you, Shanley, for your divine customer service and expertise. And thank you to Ezra for showering my naughty puppies with so much love!!
The specialists are very knowledgable and walked me through every step of buying my glasses. I really appreciated her walking through the upgrades for my lenses without being too pushy or salesy on buying it.
