Came in to repair my glasses not knowing how much it would be since I didn't buy this pair from the store. Cynthia helped fix it and did a phenomenal job. Furthermore, she said the service was complimentary! Amazing! A true gem in the neighborhood.

I bought my glasses at Glasses, LTD. for 15 years when I lived in Chicago. I now live in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and fly in for my glasses needs because of great products, but mostly because of kind, expert advice and service from the staff and specifically Tal Landau.

I haven't had my eyes tested since I was probably 6 years old. So 20 years later and weeks constant headaches had me getting my eyes checked out. I made an appointment online for first thing Saturday morning. The store is located in the fifth floor at 900 Michigan shops. The store is pretty small but offers a great selection and a private experience. The eye exam was was quick and easy. Both the examiner and sales associate were super helpful and patient. After trying on probably 40 pairs of opticals, I found my match. I also received a free pair of ray-bans for spending a certain amount.
