Got in quick for a same day appointment. Areli, the manager, was super helpful and patient while I tried on a million frames! They have a pretty good selection from premium ($750+) to mid range ($200).
If I could give 100 stars I would! I was on a work trip five hours from home and ripped a contact. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for all of your help and making sure I could see for the next week!
Highly recommend this place! I came in with a pair of broken glasses that were missing a screw, and they fixed them for me completely free of charge. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They also took the time to help me look at other frames and offered great advice without any pressure to buy. Excellent customer service and a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
