Initially I had an overflowing toilet in the powder room which was gushing out water which was going downstairs through the ceiling below. I called out Sherman Mechanical to diagnosis and repair. It turned out that it was a much bigger problem than I thought. The Septic Line pipes outside were broken in two spots. With the use of a special camera they were able to show me pictures of the broken pipes. I was quoted a fair price by Kevin Christensen so they completed the repairs on a timely basis. I reached out to Sherman Mechanical, Inc. when our furnace wasn't working on one of the coldest days of the year. Michael was professional and didn't push me into purchasing anything I didn't need right away, which was appreciated. I feel like the workers went above and beyond and did the job in timely manner. Awesome experience!

Michael is awesome he listens as you explain to him what you want and we are all diagram down, then Keith welder he's the best I've seen and everything he's done for me it's still holding no complaints
