“Great family business! Every single gentleman who walked through my door was very honest, professional, and kind. They did not try to work me at all. When I discovered I needed a new AC, I got quotes from multiple companies over about a month period. Different people tell you different things, so I had a difficult time trusting most of the companies I received quotes from. I was having a difficult time finding a balance between someone I can trust and reasonable prices. And Grays Mechanical delivered just that, along with great customer service! I worked with Alex a lot throughout the month of quoting, and he was wonderful! Always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns I had. This was a learning process for me, and he was very patient with me. I appreciated him so very much! During installation there was a slight issue, so I was fearful that I made the wrong choice and perhaps was conned. But they were very willing to rectify the mistake, which confirmed for me it was just a mistake, and those happen. The owner, Mr. Dan Gray, fixed the issues for me, and I appreciate him taking his time to correct the situation. Overall every single person from that company who came by (overall about 7 of them) were very kind, honest, patient and professional. I could tell by their employees that it is a fair and honest company, and that is something I greatly appreciate.“

Lou took time to carefully examine the system and issue and provided me very detailed explanation of the issue and provided a solution. The price was extremely reasonable. “I can't say enough good things about DC Heating and Cooling. A couple of years ago our furnace stopped working in the middle of the winter. Unfortunately I first called that big company that says they do everything. I don't want to mention their name but it rhymes with ABC. Let me tell you I'll never make that mistake again. They were extremely overpriced and wanted to replace my whole furnace. Fortunately I checked with my neighbor and he told me to call Dave at DC Heating and Air. Their technician showed up the same day and fixed the problem. From what I remember it was just a little fan motor and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I remember all this because my buddu Fred had a furnace malfunction last month and called me in a panic. I told him about my great experience with DC Heating. Fred got his problem fixed and he was so happy that he bought me a steak dinner to show his appreciation. Thank you everyone at DC Heating and Air for my delicious Filet Mignon.“

“From now on I will be using Chappel's Heating and Cooling!

I had a new AC unit installed back in 2023 and have had problems with it ever since. It simply (and frustratingly) would not cool or hold a charge no matter how many service calls were performed.

I contacted Chappel's and they worked diligently, putting in probably 10 hours or more, to get it running. My AC has never worked so well! It now has force when blowing and has never felt so cold.

I'm a happy camper!

“We just had a string of three 90 degree days, The air-conditioning system went out I called them and they were able to send a service technician the next morning. Any business after 390° days is backed up they made me a priority because I have an uncle who is 86 and on oxygen.
