I used Precision for a total rebuild of my HVAC and plumbing & water treatment systems last fall and they were great. I HIGHLY recommend you enroll in their ongoing service plan- it’s amazing. I had a minor issue on Monday afternoon, Michelle who took my call was so friendly, James the technician was at my house 8am Tuesday, and the service was truly top notch. James found the problem right away, fixed it along with another small item he found during his inspection, then spent time teaching me what to look for and the best way to set the controls on my digital thermostat for cold weather. I wanted to take a moment to thank Steve S. and Precision Today for the tremendous attention to detail they gave us on our electrical system overhaul. Our home electric system was over 50 years old and Steve S. was instrumental in coordinating with ComEd to make sure that our fuse box and wiring were changed over to an up-to-code switch box. Steve was most professional, polite and helpful when answering our questions and showed up to work hard when he arrived. He even worked late to make sure that the power was working before he left.
