Midwest Windows replaced our second-floor windows last fall.
I was so impressed with the company that I called them again this year to install two patio doors. Both projects were completed in a timely and professional manner. The windows and doors look and work great. Thank you to Raju and the installers, who did quality work, and to Rick and Latoya for always being available to help with customer service needs. Dealing with this company was a pleasure.
I needed a custom window to address specific issues with an existing window (it faces a sidewalk and I wanted more privacy, but also wanted windows that I can open in moderate temperatures). The sales agent presented a solution that, while a bit pricey, met my exact needs. Installation was quick (<4 hours) and what I get is more light (good) than before because I don't have to close the blinds I had on my old window. I believe this will contribute to the value of this house when it's time to sell it -- in the meantime, I have a brighter space and better privacy.
We just had another wonderful experience with Midwest Windows. They replaced 14 windows in our Ukrainian Village home and did an excellent job. Steve and his staff are professional, communicative, and lovely to work with. From start to finish the project was seamless and on budget. I highly recommend using them for any window/door needs in the city. It feels great to support a locally owned company!
