I had an enjoyable experience using Horan's services. I had a larger vinyl hopper vent replaced in my bathroom/glass block window. Ken, the owner, responded to my emails promptly. On the day of service, I received a call from Matt saying that he was on his way and he arrived within the time he gave me. They got to work right away and were finished with the replacement and clean-up within an hour. I will say, it was a bit peculiar that I had to make a deposit on the work prior to being able to schedule. I had a Provia storm door installed by Horan and was satisfied with the install. Unfortunately the door handle started to get stuck about a month later and they came out within 1 day to fix and was resolved
