Sophie and her team were amazing from start to finish. We decided to gift our friend a deep home clean for her baby as a baby present, so she would have a clean home to bring the baby back to. Sophie was in constant contact and flexible. Nataliia was amazing and did a fantastic job, even when it turned out to be more than we had expected. Sophie was very transparent and updated me throughout the process, and even though we had to pay a little bit more in the end for the extra time spent, it was ABSOLUTELY well worth it and a fair price for sure. We all would HIGHLY recommend Sophie and her team over and over again. Thank you so much again!

Peter and his son and Design Invention did an incredible job at rebuilding our whole staircase on our split level home. The stairs were caving in on our older home. They tore everything out and rebuilt it stronger and much nicer than it was originally. I would highly recommend them for quality work and great pricing. On time and very reliable. Even came back to install some bullnose on the top steps once me and my brother in law finished installing our own flooring.
We had Extra Mile Painting out and they were great! They made drywall repairs, caulked around a hard to reach window, and painted two rooms. They were on time, professional, efficient and quick. The guys worked very hard all day, and were neat & clean. No mess left behind. They even came back to touch up a few small imperfections (I’m picky) and to do something more that I’d forgotten to request. Would definitely use them again!

Joey and Kyle are great instructors, coaches, and are very welcoming. The community is friendly and diverse. The curriculum has thought behind it and is up to date. Easily the nicest facility I’ve been to as well. ????
Tough to summarize just how good Ms. Sugino and her classes are. I want to avoid clichés and hyperbole, but she truly is a wonderful teacher who is empowering these kids, in body and mind. With dicsipline, she immediately commands respect from the kids, but always in a playful and welcoming environment. The kids just know to listen, but somehow, always have the time of their lives at class.
I as a parent have learned (My first class i was uptight and hovering) so much from the classes, and look forward to the bonding and relationship opportunities they provide for me and my son.
If you are on the fence about trying a class, do it. My only regret is not starting my son earlier than his 5th birthday.
Your kid will obviously learn great martial arts skills, and improve their physical capabilities but the social aspects the camaraderie, the humility and the respect they will learn is what makes this place so special. Thank you Ms Sugino.

Erika has been doing my hair for the past 10 years. I come in every 3 weeks for my root touch up and cut. Erika's work is phenomenal. There's no one else I would allow to work on my hair. She uses the best color lines for my specific hair type. What I love most about Erika is her friendliness. Erika also keeps up with trends and new products that come out. Every time I leave Erika's chair I feel like a new woman. My hair is long and healthy. Thank you Erika for taking such good care of my hair
Laura did my wedding hair and my bridal party/mom's hair and not only did it all turn out beautifully, it stayed in place until the next morning's brunch! For the hair trial, I showed her a picture of what I was thinking I wanted and she took it above and beyond what I had hoped for. She's such a sweetheart and so fun to work with; I highly recommend.
There are many stylists operating out of this location, but I use shear passion by Carmella. Carmella is awesome, but I’m not sure of her availability for walk-ins.
However, it’s always a great atmosphere and everyone seems to be talking and having fun. Great location, and as a bonus, has a Starbucks right across the street.
Sarah is awesome! I was a little sceptic at first because I'm African American and not sure she would be able to deal with the texture of my hair but I must say she rocked it! she gave me a short haircut and color. sarah was very professional, good conversation and she knows what she's doing! i highly recommend her and I have found my new stylist!

The atmosphere is welcoming, the team is professional, and my nail tech was completely focused and nailed it (pun intended). I walked in on a Sunday and they were busy, but still warm, accommodating, and attentive. These ladies stay in demand for a reason great customer service and even better results. Tina is amazing. She knows her stuff. I call her my hair doctor. She is just that. My hair was a pandemic mess and I bleached it myself for way too long! She is working with me to make it healthy, and it is definitely now something I don't hide under a head band anymore. It is pricy, but worth it. I used to take my daughter to the big name salons in Schaumburg but this time I took her to Sorelle in Bartlett and she received the best haircut ever from Dawn. She was so happy and to see her face after her cut was priceless. Dawn and the other employees were super friendly and shared in her happiness. We will definitely become regulars. I recently had Matt from Matthews Plumbing Service out to help with my ejector pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed. It’s rare to find someone who combines expert knowledge with such a genuine, personable approach. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing, diagnosing the problem quickly and explaining the fix in a way that made total sense. Matt stands by his products and his work.
What really stood out, was the service he was punctual, professional, and thorough. Beyond the technical work, we had a great conversation while he was here; he’s just a truly kind, down-to-earth, and decent person who takes pride in his craft. It’s a relief to find a plumber you can trust both for their skills and their character. Matt will be the only plumber I will be calling and recommending to family.

I recently contacted Custom Group Inc. for restoration services after experiencing damage from a frozen water pipe. From the very first call, Michelle's friendliness, professionalism, and kindness shone through. She thoroughly explained the entire process and promptly arranged for a technician to come out.
The technicians were courteous, clean, and genuinely caring. Tevin, in particular, was outstanding to work with; he provided clear explanations of the quote and job details throughout the entire process. Not only was the service affordable, but they also left everything impeccably clean, making it seem as though they were never there and no accident had occurred.
Our bathroom remodeling project came out better than expected.The layout feels more open , and the finishes really match our style. The team handle every detail professionally.
Furnace inducer went out. Had different HVAC company come out to confirm and quote a truly ridiculous price. Called a couple more and despite the fact I had the model # and serial, nobody willing to quote price unless I paid for a "diagnostic" fee for them to come out. Mid City was willing to do so, the price was less than the original quote and he even suggested an option to try which, if it worked would mean they wouldn't do the work. That option didn't work, and Keith at Mid City ended up replacing the inducer. His honesty and fairness is the type of treatment from the trade industry that we need more of lately. Thanks Keith, already a neighbor will be calling you around AC season.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ryan for years. He has a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable. In an emergency, he will do everything to get you in ASAP to address the problem.
My parents have been going to Olympia for over 20 years, so when I needed help with my neck after an accident, there was no question where I was going to seek care. Dr. Eric was thorough during my consultation and listened to all my concerns, not leaving a question unanswered or concern overlooked. He was transparent when explaining my treatment plan and made feel seen and heard. He’s compassionate and consistently checks in with me while doing my physical therapy. The PTs I’ve been able to work with are an extension of that same compassion and consistency. Allison, Feba, Paulie, and Nano have all had a hand in correcting my form, guiding me through various exercises, and setting me up for success long-term. I can’t thank Olympia enough for all the care provided to me and my family over the years.
Balance Family Chiropractic has been amazing! Dr. Pawola completely fixed the pain in my hip that I had been dealing with for a while. We have been seeing Dr Pat and staff for about 20 years. He is not only personable, but professional as well. He takes the time to explain things and not in a rush to get us in and out. They are the only vet in town as far as we are concerned.
They are great and patient with my big dog that is unwilling to let them do anything. I would recommend them for all your pet needs.
Debbie is the only groomer I trust with my two dogs. She’s incredibly easy to work with and has the kindest heart. She treats my senior dogs like they’re her own, and I never have to worry when they’re in her care—unlike experiences I’ve had elsewhere.
We were looking for a groomer who did one dog at a time out of their home (we have two very anxious pups who don't like the hectic nature of a grooming facility). Min was the perfect choice! She is so kind, so caring, and takes such good care of our fur babies. Both dogs always look and smell great! Reasonable pricing and always accommodating to your schedule, too!
