We called New Era HVAC because our AC and furnace were making loud, unusual noises. Bayron came out to take a look and was very professional and easy to talk to. He carefully checked everything and explained the issue in simple terms.

My furnace stopped working and I called New Era to check it out. They provided me some options of repairing my existing unit or purchasing a high efficiency new furnace. I was just going to get it repaired and they told me they offer financing and a warranty on parts and labor. I decided to just purchase a new furnace and air conditioning unit because I was having problems with it in the summer. They let me know the date and time they were going to come out. They were very respectful of property, installed everything in a timely manner, cleaned up behind themselves, and made sure everything worked properly before they left.
