Absolute professionalism from beginning to end. All options were provided without high pressure sales. I shopped around before choosing Peppy to install our new furnace and they just had the best pricing and loan options. The installers were also polite and professional. They finished the job in record time. We highly recommend Peppy for your heating and cooling needs!
I just spent the last two days with the Peppy Crew (Kevin, Luke, Josh, and Connor) as they tore all of the old, 1974 ductwork out of my attic and replaced it along with a new Trane furnace and outdoor AC unit. Great guys! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything would function smoothly after they left. Luke is still determined to find access to the duct that hasn't blown in the 20 years I've lived in my house, so more to come. Kevin knows his stuff and was super patient with me and all of my questions. Josh worked tirelessly in that nasty attic, like he was enjoying himself.
