Scheduled a service call with a DIFFERENT COMPANY and they stood me up... no call no nothing. Got in touch with JC Appliance late (after 2:30pm) and asked if he could stop by today... he did, had the part, fixed it in less than an hour. Reasonable price!
I called Jose to see if he would come take a look at an appliance that’s having issues. After talking it through we ultimately decided the appliance is probably not worth repairing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about our issues and I will absolutely be using him for any future needs!
JC Appliance repair fixed our refrigerator and had it up & running in no time. He listened to the noise it was making during our phone call and was able to diagnose and order the correct part for the repair when he came over to fix it. He was through and professional, we could not be more pleased with his service. I have used A-1 & Cody's for prior repair on our appliances in past years, JC will be the only call I will make from now on. Great individual and called next day to make sure we were happy and it was working properly.
