Carlos came out to our house and was so professional, informational and was a total class-act. He was punctual and was courteous enough to bring and wear booties in our newly purchased home. He served us well and seemed to be very honest with us. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him for any HVAC needs! We were skeptical at first, but he quickly put our minds to ease and didn't try to over-sell us on unnecessary stuff like other places have in the past! Thanks for the great work!
I Highly Recommend using the "Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning" Company!!!Their Customer Service has been Unbelievably AMAZING!! I called them in the late morning on Thanksgiving Day and was so amazed that they had Ali, one of their service technicians, arrive at my house in less than 2 hours on Thanksgiving Day!! And they did not charge any overtime rates or holiday rates that some other companies do charge and I know that for a fact from my friend's experience!! I had expected to not be able to get service most likely until this coming Monday, at the very earliest, and possibly thought it could be a week or two, as my friend in another town has been experiencing...read full review
