Adrian was super quick and responsive. Got out the next day and swiftly resolved my issue. He even showed me how to fix it next time. Will definitely be using him for all my HVAC needs in the future.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Big Sky. Adrian was very professional, kept me in the loop with everything that was happening and offered a quality HVAC system for a very fair price. He repaired our old furnace twice over the past 15 years and we were happy with the service. When it was finally time to replace our 30 year old system we knew who to get a quote from.

Between my own home in Meridian and two rentals in Nampa, I have occasional cause to call on people for home repair services. I love having Adrian on my roster of affordable, trustworthy, professional, timely—and, by the way, friendly—experts. He has been my HVAC guy for maybe seven years, and has handled jobs both big and small with the utmost competence and integrity, and always with great communication. Big Sky is my choice, and I appreciate you, Adrian!
