These guys did a phenomenal job on our walnut hardwood floor repair and I gave them several challenges. I had a gel spill that seeped into the wood and joints and I tried a YouTube DIY repair myself which only made it worse. For some jobs you just need to call in the professionals. Wayne and his brother are definitely professionals. We have an open floor plan and they were tasked to refinish only part of the area which meant they needed to first correct my mistakes and then match the new finish with the old. I'll say it again. They did a phenomenal job! I definitely recommend them and will have them back in the future to refinish the rest of our hardwood floors when they need it. No more attempted DIY floor repairs for me.

Stylist: Julia has been doing my hair for many years. I trust her , that's high praise right there. I have taken my grandkids to her and she has always made them smile. When my sister had cancer I sent her to Julia, who cried for my sister as they shaved off her remaining hair. Misty the salon manager is always accommodating and I just can't say enough about the quality of Julia's work. I love my hair. She cut off over five inches to layer it and then color it in the style I wanted. I would not go to anyone else.

Had such an incredible experience with RainSoft! First of they’re family owned and operated and treat you just like family. I’ve been worried our old system that was installed by a previous owner wasn’t cutting it. With. Nitrate levels rising in Iowa we have to do whatever we can to protect our bodies and family. Terry came in tested all my water proving to me I was correct our water was as bad as I imagined. I got a new water softener, PFAS system, whole house filter to remove chlorine. Yes it was a investment but they were at my house THE NEXT DAY and they have been back to recheck my water after install and tweeted the system one more time and again rechecked the water all within 2 weeks. They want to make sure I’m happy as the customer because I made the investment. I love that they’re local and quick and beyond friendly. All their employees are so happy and every person that stepped into my home also treated my dogs like family which is so important to me. I have experience with other local water treatment companies and never have a received the same attention to detail as RainSoft of NE Iowa. Don’t look any further they know what they’re doing and they’ll take care of you like family!!

Called Ryan's and explained our situation (pole had left large hole and water was pouring in) they had someone there in less than an hour and all the work done in a day. Had Harris Cleaning out 5/29/25 for ductwork cleaning and we couldn’t be more impressed. They were thorough and did a fantastic job. They even helped tear my laundry room apart to make sure they got the dryer vent perfect, it was a total pain and they absolutely went the extra mile. We had just repainted our entire home inside and they were super careful and respectful of our walls and all our stuff. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely a class act business. This crew was so helpful and patient with us during our remodel helping us order extra flooring to match floors that were installed 5 years prior to extend into a new room. They also assisted us in installing new carpet in the basement to go over heated concrete floors. They were always patient with time lines when our project would delay and time lines would change. We stayed here Saturday night, 8/30 after the Tim McGraw concert in Dyersville. I would highly recommend this hotel. Just 2 of us, 1 room, king size bed. Room, bathroom, hallway, & elevator was very clean. We were impressed as soon as we walked into the lobby downstairs. The best part…breakfast the next morning. Nothing huge…but absolutely perfect. Hot food was hot, very tasty. Waffles were amazing. Seriously Trey catered to everyone. The food attendant was very friendly, she kept everything filled, & CLEAN. Again…if you are in Waterloo for a stay…don’t pass this one up…it’s a good one. Safe, clean, good beds/pillows, personable staff, & great breakfast. High five to Best Western - downtown Waterloo. ?️

Started taking my husky here a couple years ago. They are always friendly, professional, & very clean.
Recently was able to start doing laser therapy sessions for my dog and they have done wonders for her! They are a quick and easy 20 minute session and she actually quite enjoys going. Jess is always sure to give her an extra treat ? Grateful that this is an affordable and beneficial treatment for my Heeler with degenerative myopathy that isn’t a pill. When she was hardly able to walk, I thought for sure I would have to put her down because surgery seemed out of the question, and even if it solved the problem - she’s a blue Heeler so she likely wouldn’t let herself even heal. These therapy sessions on her back make a world of difference in her! She wants to run and play and heard again, she’s being her vocal and sassy self. After about 2 months of going pretty frequently, you can see such a difference in her demeanor and confidence again. She is happy to be alive again!
