“We were experiencing water dripping from our Kohler steam controller. After deep troubleshooting and long wait time with Kohler, it was determined that our options going forward would be to go through a flushing process through the generator frequently for the next few days. This would hopefully address the dripping of water out of the controller head. Marty helped us with some workarounds. In the meantime we will consider replacing this steam generator. Marty was easy to work with, and very professional.“

“We've had them out to our home a few times for various things and they're always fast, cost effective and do the job right. Most recently we had a strange smell coming from one of our bathrooms. We called two plumbers to check it out and the first recommended replacing the entire toilet at a cost of over $1,000. The toilet, and the home, is 8 years old-it wasn't damaged, leaking or in any way in need of replacement. Cook's came out next and not only fixed a minor issue with the toilet (broken pipe in the tank, causing it to run), but replaced a wax seal and made sure it was completely level with the floor, then found the source of the smell, which was in the bathtub drain and not the toilet at all. Dave is a gem-he came out 3 days in a row to try and hunt down the smell and found what we couldn't, despite numerous attempts on our own. He really knows his stuff. Total cost for everything was $260. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and they're the only plumbers we'll use in the future.“

“A++ company. As a new home owner we had to get our sewer line replaced, they were the only company who could do the job without ripping up our entire yard, deck and retaining wall. TJ advised us of issues with the plumbing to our kitchen which was causing another issue , he ensured that was fully replaced so we didn’t have to keep having plumbers come out after getting such a big job done. They replaced our sewer, water line and all plumbing to our kitchen. Very reasonably priced for the extent of the job and extremely respectful. “I had a new sump pump installed 10 months ago and due to a manufacturer defect it stopped working. Priority Plumbing came out the very next day and replaced the system with a new sump pump. “John, Brayton, and Carson were fantastic to work with this week. John came out for a normal furnace maintenance appointment. He noticed cracks (and showed them to me) in the heat exchanger of my furnace. With this in mind and it being 12 years old, he suggested to replace it.Our AC unit was 17 years old and was on tail-end of life too, which meant we needed to look into replacing that as well. Knowing that it was going to cost an arm and a leg, he confidently answered my long list of questions and showed me the best option to finance this operation.We settled on a plan that I felt comfortable with and began the installation work the next day.Brayton and Carson installed our new systems and were awesome by making sure I understood everything that was going to happen throughout the day.
