He even promised to send a tech out to see if they could make our broken AC work the next day, just to help us get through until they could come out to install! They seriously go above and beyond! “I cannot recommend Wayne Rhiner Plumbing LLC enough! We had a major issue with too much debris clogging our main line, preventing waste from leaving the house. Another plumbing company came out first but was completely unable to clear the clog. They actually recommended Rhiner Wayne because they have specialized scoping tools to see inside the drains.When the technician arrived, they were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. Fortunately, they didn't even need to use the expensive camera equipment—they were able to completely declog the main line without it! “Used them for 2 services. First one was a minor installation of a new shower valve. Went smooth and glad I didn't try to tackle this myself. It looked a lot harder than I would imagine.

Second service was to re-pipe a majority of our house from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch piping due to low water pressure (house built in the 1950s) Jeremy wrote up the quote for us and it was a third of the price of Golden Rule Plumbing. David our technician was super informative and made sure the procedure was done right getting rid of many old plumbing mistakes from the previous installer and cleaning out many old unnecessary piping. We had a water softener installed along with the service and they even made sure our outside spigot was piped to not run soft water through a very cramped crawl space.

Our water pressure has more than doubled and we can run multiple fixtures without a drop of pressure.“
