I had a new sump pump installed 10 months ago and due to a manufacturer defect it stopped working. Priority Plumbing came out the very next day and replaced the system with a new sump pump. They provided outstanding customer service and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing!

I’ve used other companies for other plumbing issues, but this was the best experience by far! My sump pump was having issues that I wasn’t able to troubleshoot, so I called and was able to get on the schedule quickly. The gentleman came out and quickly determined the motor was burning out, he replaced the pump and everything was up and running in no time! He didn’t try to sell me a monthly membership like other places do, there were no hidden extra charges and I felt the prices were very reasonable!
