“Water heater error codes that were beyond my ability to test through. John P was an amazing technician. He worked through the issue with me and listened to my prior problem solving and specifics to the problem over the past few days. He ran a few tests to confirm his suspicions and then contacted manufacturer customer support for more insight.”
“Chris returned my call within minutes. Within the hour, he was in my driveway. This is the second time in 10 years I have used RotoRooter and both times, the experience was exceptional. Fast, friendly, and service on a weekend! Who does that these days? Thank you CHRIS!”
