And the thing that stood out was they follow up with a phone call after a procedure to make sure everything is well. It gives a small town feel and someone who cares. He does amazing work, the office is spotless, and he even wears pink gloves! Which was a plus for me. Such a fun color in in my case a less fun environment due to circumstances.
