1st experience here a couple wks ago. The owner was absolutely awesome. I had went earlier in the day to another establishment n they young lady completely destroyed my hair. Went in to get a hi m tight military style hair cut. So I just came into the shop no appt no call no nothin. He took 1 look at my hair n was like hangout just a minute. He wouldn't let me leave without fixing it. Sat me down, fixed it all up n then had the decency to not even charge me to fix it!!! Huge shootout for being a good dude. This is now the only place I will go or take my son's. Def gained my respect n my business. I highly recommend

I have not been here but I called to see about getting in because our groomer of 6 years retired and we haven’t had luck finding someone nice and gentle with good reviews that can back up those reviews. I called today to inquire about getting in with Heather and although I was not able to due to her amazing repeat clients, I can tell you that her personality shown thru even on the phone. She radiates kindness and understanding and I would not hesitate to bring my Peanut there. We will be calling next year to see if she is taking new clients and hope we can get on the list!

Scott has done my taxes the last couple of years and is very professional and easy to work with. This year I was able to upload my documents through a portal, and he sent my returns to sign back through the portal. It was all done virtually and was so easy! I got my refund right away! Scott is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service! I highly recommend him!

I've only had new bifocals made, in which Optometric Associates of Warren Co,. P.C. has a nicer selection of prescription glasses compared to Wal-Mart. And the staff are wonderful, helpful, and friendly people willing to assist. The next time I have prescription glasses made, I'll definitely go here. Super duper!!!

Our previous business insurance broker used 4 different carriers to cover each part of the commercial insurance policy. This was a headache. Vince and his underwriter designed a custom policy that was not only more affordable at the same coverage levels, but is much much easier to manage. With Farm Bureau Insurance everything is integrated into 1 policy and deductible. We now have both our locations covered by Vince's team who have been fantastic to work with. They answer the phone, reply to your emails, and are genuinely happy to help. Can't ask for more.

My daughter had to have dental work done under anesthesia today, and it went so well. Way better than we ever expected. Everyone in the office was so kind and my daughter who is typically very fearful of dentists and doctors was very calm and comfortable. The office is also a very comfortable environment. Could not recommend them enough.

Fantastic. It was busy but they worked as a team to make sure I got the high level of service that they have cultivated. I did the complimentary hand scrub. It was very nice, then got the complimentary under eye mask while they washed my hair. They even soaked my rings so when I left they were all sparkly. Haleigh was fantastic. She gave recommendations but listened to my concerns when it came to thinning my hair. Ultimately she was absolutely correct and knows what she’s doing. I would give Todd 10 stars if that was possible! He was the third RV tech that looked at my class A motorhome. I had no 12V DC power. Todd correctly diagnosed that the Inverter/Charger was dead & the house batteries were drained. He patiently & professionally installed a new Inverter/Charger & two new batteries. Just got my nails done by Jimmy. Always so kind and polite. Been going there 13 months..first time acrylic now my own. Been getting pedicures also there. Bussanmas has always been very honest and fair with their pricing and work. When another company told us we would have to replace our entire fireplace, they fixed it in 20min for the service call fee. When another company charged a couple of hundred dollars to tell us what was wrong and recommended another several hundred dollar "fix", they came out and showed us how to use the garden hose to clean the AC, again 20min and the call fee. When our furnace went out, we didn't bother calling anyone else!
