The staff is described as compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Kylie Sloan, in particular, is praised for being sweet, amazing with animals, and trying to save owners money. The new clinic location is also mentioned as being convenient and beautiful. Clients have had positive experiences with the clinic, finding the care fantastic and the team to be the best they've encountered.
Dr. Sloan and her team are so kind and caring. I did a lot of research before I chose a vet and I have been really happy with them. I have had my dog for over 4 years, and sadly we are relocating and will miss this office! The staff’s kindness and care will never be forgotten. Charlie will miss you! I highly recommend Carlisle Veterinary Clinic.
Great vet at a great price. Clean, modern, welcoming building with friendly staff and knowledgeable, caring vets. Would definitely recommend to those seeking high-quality and affordable vet care for their furry friends in the Des Moines metro.
From our Golden Retriever's first well check, boarding, until he passed away, Dr. Sloan and the entire staff give true meaning to carrying and compassion. We are so thankful we selected Carlisle Veterinary Clinic for his care.
