LOVE these folks! I called to get my carpet cleaned and Craig returned my call the same day and stopped by the next to check on the job to be done. The techs—Eric and Ryan—showed up on time and let me know they were here. They worked efficiently and diligently; cleaned up after themselves. My carpet looks great! I am very pleased with their service at a reasonable rate. Thanks to the MD team!

Eric and Ryan came on time and did a great job. They took extra time to go over the heavily soiled spots. They work fast and the carpet looks great. They are also courteous and have excellent customer service.

Yanell and Aaron were quick to come on scene after the flooding in our kitchen at the Kroc. They were helpfu and very knowledgeable of how to begin to take care of the damage caused by the water.Thank you!
