“A water main break in early hours of a Saturday morning caused extensive flooding of our home. MD Restoration arrived within an hour and evacuated the water efficiently, installing an industrial dehumidifier and measuring the moisture over the subsequent week. It was very helpful to have professionals with the right equipment as we would not have known there was water in the walls. We hired them for the abatement and repair as well. Rey and Justin were 5-star outstanding on the abatement and then putting things back in place. Without their help the delay to complete the repair work would have been even more frustrating. “During the March storms, our house took a beating. I called other places but they were all busy. I was very lucky to have Rescue One come out to the home very quickly and leave machines to dry out the house. JJ was on top of it. Always calling me to check on the status. Coming by to check out the moisture in the walls. We kept the machines for almost a month. JJ also cut very precise holes in the drywall to let the machines do their job better. If not for this company, I'd be SOL.“
