When the report came back she made a report and gave it to us then she called us to go over it with us to make sure we understood the report
A month later we had to contact her again to go over my tenant concerns
She was more than helpful in our situation once again she went above and beyond to help us with the situation up at the house

From the very first contact, my call to the office & their promptness with having Andre (Project Manager) return my call & set-up an appointment to come out and assess the issue ... truly exceptional! After confirming my own suspicion of mold, Andre quickly took immediate action to mitigate the situation bringing a huge sense of relief.
What also truly set them apart was their open & consistent communication. Every employee I spoke to be it Andre, Cory, Marcos ... took the time to answer any of my questions, clearly and simply. MD Restoration arrived within an hour and evacuated the water efficiently, installing an industrial dehumidifier and measuring the moisture over the subsequent week. It was very helpful to have professionals with the right equipment as we would not have known there was water in the walls. We hired them for the abatement and repair as well. Rey and Justin were 5-star outstanding on the abatement and then putting things back in place. Without their help the delay to complete the repair work would have been even more frustrating.
