Professional from start to finish. From the office to the field! Been using this company for the last 15 years. They have serviced our central air conditioning system in our attic space over 3 times over the course of 15years. Saved us from replacing our ductwork when another company advised us too. Even told us that the up placement was in the wrong area since they don’t install them. They have found leaks in our attic space allowing humidity to come into our system and causing more mold to grow. In 2019 they helped us with a kitchen leak and held our hands through the insurance process and insulation issues. Only company we trust and very honest and down to earth....read full review

I just wanted to give this company a five star review. Last month Lindsay came to my home and did a walk through and pulled some air samples because my daughter and I were having some allergies the last 6 months. She was extremely informative and answered all my questions.We got the samples back two days later and they were slightly elevated. She showed me ways to reduce common indoor and out door contaminates and what products to use.Since the air testing and report and recommendations we have been feeling so much better. Air Care Hawaii has been a godsend for us. I had been calling companies for a week very slow responses, and then I found their company just before I was getting on a flight for work travel — by the time I had landed, they had already reached out to see how they could help. They came out to look over our property and read results from another firm hired by a moving company that damaged our personal property items. Air Care gave professional, honest, clear information and they are extremely knowledgeable on mold and how to handle it.
