She helped a lot with my neck issues and freed up my shoulders so I paddle faster now. *** I took her Reiki class which was great! She is a solid teacher and I learned alot! “This review is after 7 months of first class service. I've been seeing Dr. Brenden Kim for my chiropractic and Tammy for my masseuse needs. Dr. Kim is the best in the business. He explained everything in detail during my first session. He's very welcoming, friendly, and shows so much care. Dr. Kim actually spends the entire session with you (other practices don't). I've been to multiple massage practices but no one compares to Tammy. She's very knowledgeable, well rounded and experienced. I didn't forget Noreen (receptionist). She's wonderful, friendly and easy to talk to. The entire staff are warm and wonderful people. They make you feel welcome. I'm glad I found this gem and ain't considering anywhere else.“

“This location was open on the 4th of July holiday so that was convenient. Do not take appointments as it’s walk-in only. We were to sign-in, fill-out necessary paperwork and get a strep test (a negative result) within 45 minutes. It helped that there was only 1 patient ahead of us.

Dr Elliot Hirai is an exceptional, caring, empathetic and very effective chiropractor I am fortunate and blessed to have doctor hirai helping me now with a severe scoliosis issue. He never gives up its not in his dna. You owe it to yourself to make an appointment and have a consult with Dr Hirai. Truly other than your discomfort and pain what have you got to lose. “I made an appointment to treat a bad case of vertigo with Dr. Hisami Oba at the Kaiser Permanente Mapunpuna clinic. I had been suffering for 5 days and couldn't keep anything down. Dr. Oba and her nursing team went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Her MA offered to take me to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription in a wheelchair and her nurse, Kelly Veneri, provided IV fluids and kept a close eye on me while I was being treated. I'm so grateful for them and the care I received while feeling terrible. So happy to be a Kaiser Permanente member. Much mahalos to Dr. Oba and the rest of the KP staff at Mapunapuna!“

Linda at Hawaii professional audiology went above and beyond to help us. She worked with the hearing aid company directly and got new batteries sent to her. She communicated with us frequently to update us on the situation. She then fixed my grandfathers hearing aids. We are so thankful for everything they did to help us.“

“Nothing is more confusing than this place and I've never stepped foot in the building... First of all I think I checked into the wrong site (St Francis Medical Center) not sure why they have the other one and if anyone visits this place as the reviews re next to nothing for either one so here I go. My initial visit is to Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services which says St. Francis Medical Center 2230 Liliha St Suite 106 Okay as soon as I get there I see a parking entrance to the left and immediately went in and parked on the first floor thinking I got the best parking right next to the elevator which has the directory floor that had no notation of HDRS...!? Got in the elevator and went on the 2nd floor...nope still parking and obviously didn't see the part on the directory that says "Take elevator to Level P3" OMG! So I walked around while it heavily rained passed 2226 and 2228 Liliha so the main building must be 2230!?!? Then hallelujah I see a sign that says HDRS so I approached forward and a security at the front asked where I was going and directed me to it which is just to the right of the main entrance. Only to leave when I was done to see there was another parking entrance with walkway directly to the garage hahaha!!! Parking I absolutely agree is very tight and tricky I almost ran into a pole after fixing my car from the last that cost me $300 you know I wasn't thrilled about that, no more anxieties as I don't want to park here though don't know why there's a fee since they all fully validate. Thanks!“
