“If you use the online booking system, before you submit your application with the state I recommend waiting until you get a follow on email or phone call from your assigned Dr, don’t just follow the automated email, wait for one directly from the doc, if you don’t get one by the time of your online appointment just call them when they’re open, they were very nice“

“I have been going to Straub Pearlridge for PT. Before my knee surgery, my PT gave me 2 orthopedic doctor's names. Called his office, got an appointment to see the doctor. Very nice and personable. He went above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Dr. V. His PA Kirsten is also very nice . So happy i went with him. Happy about my PT too. Their front desk is staffed with great people too Thank you all!!

“This review is after 7 months of first class service. I've been seeing Dr. Brenden Kim for my chiropractic and Tammy for my masseuse needs. Dr. Kim is the best in the business. He explained everything in detail during my first session. He's very welcoming, friendly, and shows so much care. Dr. Kim actually spends the entire session with you (other practices don't). I've been to multiple massage practices but no one compares to Tammy. She's very knowledgeable, well rounded and experienced. I didn't forget Noreen (receptionist). She's wonderful, friendly and easy to talk to. The entire staff are warm and wonderful people. They make you feel welcome. I'm glad I found this gem and ain't considering anywhere else.“

“This location was open on the 4th of July holiday so that was convenient. Do not take appointments as it’s walk-in only. We were to sign-in, fill-out necessary paperwork and get a strep test (a negative result) within 45 minutes. It helped that there was only 1 patient ahead of us.

“I made an appointment to treat a bad case of vertigo with Dr. Hisami Oba at the Kaiser Permanente Mapunpuna clinic. I had been suffering for 5 days and couldn't keep anything down. Dr. Oba and her nursing team went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Her MA offered to take me to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription in a wheelchair and her nurse, Kelly Veneri, provided IV fluids and kept a close eye on me while I was being treated. I'm so grateful for them and the care I received while feeling terrible. So happy to be a Kaiser Permanente member. Much mahalos to Dr. Oba and the rest of the KP staff at Mapunapuna!“

I can’t say enough about the nurses and doctors. When one leaves and we go through the process of a new doctor can be scary at times. But each time we have not had an issue. “My family and I have been coming to Lam Clinic for over 25 years with Dr Lam and Dr Oliveira. Diagnosis and treatment is always spot on, no guessing!“

“I see a lot of bad reviews, but I had a good experience here. I was there for about 4 hours total but that included a bunch of tests and exams and ultra sounds. Staff were great and most of my waiting was in a private room with a relatively comfy bed and heated blankets.“
