“When we lost our audiologist on one of the neighbor islands we were in a real bind trying to get my grandfathers hearing aids fixed. Linda at Hawaii professional audiology went above and beyond to help us. She worked with the hearing aid company directly and got new batteries sent to her. She communicated with us frequently to update us on the situation. She then fixed my grandfathers hearing aids. We are so thankful for everything they did to help us.“

“I came in for an Achilles injury to get clearance to go back to work because the only doctor I have is a GYN. I'm not that fond of going to doctors (white coat syndrome). When I went in (no appointment scheduled) Lani greeted me at the front. She was nice and professional. Jay was awesome. He listened to everything I said and discussed a treatment plan for getting me 100%. After my appointment I chatted with him about his medical experience and I was sold! I've been looking for a good primary care place for over a year. Thank you Jay and Lani. See you for my annual check up! This is a new clinic but I have a feeling he's gonna be really busy in the next year or so.“

“He's been my doctor for over 20 years and I can't leave! Lol! YOU JUST DONT KNOW HOW GOOD OF A DOCTOR HE IS TO EVERYONE. He has so much patients. At least 200 minimum in a SLOW DAY. And that's just for HIM! If we include the other PA, RN or Doctors in hand, that's WELL OVER 300. Anywho, if you don't recognize who he his, he's the doctor that helped out during COVID when the state had no where to go or no idea what to do. Now some may disagree with his visits unit he neighborhood. THATS FINE. But he NEVER FORCED anyone to take the vaccination, nor did he ever ignore anyone who needed help during that period. If that doesn't tell you how good of a doctor he is, then no worries. I'm proud of my doctor for what he did the moment AMERICA was hit with their first COVID situation. He quickly had his place ready & set to go! His staff were all highly trained as to how to tend to COVID patients BEFORE Hawaii's outbreak. Although the government didn't listen to his advice in shutting down the AIRPORT to prevent a HIGH AND WIDE SPREAD... he was prepared for the worst. HE DID SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB, he was called in my the top dogs in the mainland to assist in making POP UP CLINICS & organizing the states with the medical aids they offered. I think he did rather well. I know there are a lot of people who oppose such help, but he doesn't force it into anyone who doesn't want the help. Maybe your government would, but he's NOT your government, is he?! Heh heh heh. Anywho, it was nice to see him after 3 years of him being in the go constantly. Doing tv interviews, conferences, etc. And I know he's still the same doc as he was before COVID. It's because of his genuine greeting when he saw my husband & I. Same old doc! Thanks for reading! Sorry if it wasn't much help. I just wanted to share about how he is as a doctor. Thanks you!“

“I was in a moped injury accident on August 1, 2022 and needed a referral for massage therapy. First off, the Hawaii Wellness Group shares offices with the Honolulu Pain Relief Center on the 16th floor of the Interstate Building. I had been going to Honolulu Pain Relief Center for my chiropractic needs on a regular basis but following the moped accident, the front desk staff were kind enough to refer me to Dr. John who wrote up a prescription to get massage therapy especially for the parts of my body that continue to hurt weeks after the moped injury accident. As I've come to learn, all that paperwork among other legal-related things can and does take a while and can be confusing, but in the end, I'm just thankful to be getting any additional treatment I need to get better.“

“I'm not happy about the graduation ceremony dress code as I'm sure a lot of students feel that they should get to be themselves on the last day that defines their end to childhood and entry into young-adulthood marked by ceremony and walking to accept their diploma is a heavy and weighty feeling. To finally experience a relief of the culmination of their hard work- matching everyone and being so strict about it just defines the Hawaii Public School's under-funding and in my opinion, over exertion of "power." They don't need a strict dress code of matching colors of white and black only! They'll look like a class of waiters or servers. Please fix this. School colors would be okay, or just have a simple dress code of "professional!" Why is that not okay? Side Note: Hawaii schools look like prisons. I implore people to do more for Hawaii Public Schools; redesign, fix, and change is necessary. Take your cues from the schools like Issaqua High School, in Issaquah, WA., Eastlake HS, etc. Not having DECA, choices for lunch, and zero snack machines is crazy!! You can make so much money for the school through programs set up by Coca Cola and Pepsi and there are so many ways to make the school better- plus the office people. Please fix their terrible attitudes and sickening power issues they possess. I've never hated going to a high school office more than yours. Growing up the ladies and gentlemen in the office of a High School were always helpful, caring, inviting, & friendly. It's outrageous to experience this front desk team of mean people. I don't know if it's designed that way but it's wrong on so many levels. I shall digress, back to the main point: Their cap and gown and sashes for upstanding presidents list & 4.0 (4.25 this year) students should be your focus (Cum Laude/Summa Cum Laude, etc.,), are you even doing that? How do parents get so little information from the school? It's about time you people stepped up to the plate and stopped your worry about what's under their cap & gowns and focus on your real problems. I've seen the way some kids are dressed for school in items that leave nothing to the imagination. So why, on this day, are you acting like you have it all together? For show? That's kinda about right, unfortunately. And you put it on the families or the kids can't walk. If other parents watched the video by Mr. Taraoka, he must've threatened detention 25 times or more or telling seniors, "you won't be able to walk!" Totalitarian is the definition I'd use. It's distressing to say the least. The class of 2023 is kind, generous, smart, funny, and skilled. Treat them like the young adults they are and remove the dress code for graduation to "professional," minus the color matching. It's a simple thing, really, and would make the most sense. Mahalo Nui Loa!“

The office staff is helpful, patient minded, and customer orientated. I am very pleased and highly recommended regardless of the situation you are facing. “Nothing is more confusing than this place and I've never stepped foot in the building... First of all I think I checked into the wrong site (St Francis Medical Center) not sure why they have the other one and if anyone visits this place as the reviews re next to nothing for either one so here I go. My initial visit is to Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services which says St. Francis Medical Center 2230 Liliha St Suite 106 Okay as soon as I get there I see a parking entrance to the left and immediately went in and parked on the first floor thinking I got the best parking right next to the elevator which has the directory floor that had no notation of HDRS...!? Got in the elevator and went on the 2nd floor...nope still parking and obviously didn't see the part on the directory that says "Take elevator to Level P3" OMG! So I walked around while it heavily rained passed 2226 and 2228 Liliha so the main building must be 2230!?!? Then hallelujah I see a sign that says HDRS so I approached forward and a security at the front asked where I was going and directed me to it which is just to the right of the main entrance. Only to leave when I was done to see there was another parking entrance with walkway directly to the garage hahaha!!! Parking I absolutely agree is very tight and tricky I almost ran into a pole after fixing my car from the last that cost me $300 you know I wasn't thrilled about that, no more anxieties as I don't want to park here though don't know why there's a fee since they all fully validate. Thanks!“
