Dr Richard Ares was very helpful with information he provided excellent customer Service and answered all of our questions. Gregory Castillo patient care Coordinator provided excellent customer service he had a warm welcoming and positive attitude and he helped us set up our Ongoing Health plan. Also Jo who helped us do Labs, provided a excellent customer service, we were very satisfied with our very first appointment at Revibe mens Health.

The customer service experience at the Revibe Men's Clinic is phenomenal. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive and the providers are down-to-earth and extremely easy to talk with. Although I've only been a patient there for a few months, it's been an outstanding experience as compared to a couple of different offices that I met with while shopping around the Honolulu area. I definitely recommend giving the Revibe Men's Clinic a call if you're looking into TRT. Can't say enough great things about my experiences here so far.
