I came in as a walk-in patient and they were super nice and helped me as soon as possible. The sign shows they are open on Sundays from 1pm to 7pm but the door to the elevator on the first floor is closed. There is an entrance to the elevator on the 3rd floor.
Had some extensive ear wax buildup and a recent diving trip made it worse. Went around a couple of other clinics that are either fully booked or don't have the service. Waited only 10 minutes at Ala Moana Walk-in Medical Center and immediately got my ear wax removed. Dr. Kim was very nice, so are the nurses. Definitely would recommend!

As a tourist you are expecting the worst when it comes to the cost of medical services in America even with travel insurance. The price was far cheaper than I was expecting.
