When we lost our audiologist on one of the neighbor islands we were in a real bind trying to get my grandfathers hearing aids fixed. Linda at Hawaii professional audiology went above and beyond to help us. She worked with the hearing aid company directly and got new batteries sent to her. She communicated with us frequently to update us on the situation. She then fixed my grandfathers hearing aids. We are so thankful for everything they did to help us.
Fast response to my internet inquiry and got an appointment very soon thereafter. Audiologist was a nice lady and took the time to prepare all the necessary equipment for my appointment.
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Shannon Ching since she was 2 years old. He is always patient and kind with her, and takes the time to answer any questions I might have. He is very helpful when it comes to filling out insurance forms.
