I had an aerolase laser treatment with Lauren and I love my results! First of all, she is extremely knowledgeable and is a licensed Physician's Assistant, so I felt like my skin was in expert hands. We worked on removing sun spots, spider veins and some deeper wrinkles on my face. We also worked on some scars I have on my chest. I am halfway through our sessions and have already seen major results! The sun spots and spider veins are gone and the scar is much lighter. So happy! Thank you Lauren!!

My massage was life changing. lol. I arrived late on a Sunday and by Monday morning I badly needed a massage for my neck and lower back, from the flight, plus my legs, which were swelling from lack of movement. I just showed up and was able to get in right away. This little Thai lady worked my body like a power lifter. I'm not sure what kind of massage I received, whether it was deep tissue, lymphatic or Thai, but wow! I left there with no headache, little to no lower back pain, and no more swelling. Plus, she offered me water on my way out. I felt like a million bucks for my week long visit. I would highly recommend this wellness center for it's location, ease of getting in without an appointment, their prices, and the service. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Kihei. My wife had an 80 minute prenatal massage, and I had a 50 minute standard massage. We both really enjoyed our massages, and left feeling incredibly relaxed! The spa can be hard to find…. Park in the big parking lot, and walk down the path next to the bridal shop. It’s on the right as you’re walking down the path.

Wow!! This place!! We got a couples massage and are sad that we found this place on vacation and not in our home town. Would 1000% go back. They made sure to figure out any trouble spots and made the entire experience really comfortable. Also they gave us sarongs as a little gift for our honeymoon!

Don’t walk, RUN and book your island braids with Taz!!! Taz worked a miracle on my child’s hair today. We went to a braider in San Jose, CA yesterday in a hurry to prepare for our Maui trip and the braider did a horrible job on my daughter’s hair. She cut the braids and did not seal the ends. My daughter’s hair was unraveling by the time we got home; ends were sticking out; it was bad. I called Taz late last night for help; she answered the call and got us in the next day for an appointment. Somehow, she worked a miracle and fixed the braiding disaster that was on my child’s head. You can not tell that it looked horrible just this morning. The time we spent with Taz was invaluable. She gave us some great tips about the island and was so warm and kind to my family. By the time she left, we felt like she was apart of our family. She exudes the Hawaiian spirit and represents everything positive about the island. If you are unsure about making an appointment, let this be your sign to BOOK HER! She is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. My daughter’s hair looks gorgeous and she is sooo happy. She said Taj is the BEST braider she has EVER had and she only wants Taj to braid her hair from now on. Even a 12 year old could tell the difference in her professionalism and care for her customers and her work. Taj, Mahalo for taking such good care of my daughter and treating my family like your own. My dry, flyaway hair needed help! I chose South Shore Studio purely because there was an appointment available. However, it was overall a very nice experience. Friendly, professional demeanor; warm greeting upon arrival; explanation of the process and decisions being made about the hair cut. Britney was very respectul with an eye for detail: she dried my ears from water, after my shampoo; she asked permission before touching my hair; she asked for my input on how she was cutting. Intimate salon, with three? stations and one wash sink, but everyone looked very happy, and I was very glad there wasn't a bunch of hustle and bustle or noise. I'd come again, as I prefer salons which are calming.Thank you, Britney!

This is an amazing hidden gem in Kihei. All the barbers are great, but it's rare to find a female in a barbershop rocking it, and here you can get all kinds of fun cuts like pixies and undercuts from someone who knows their clippers well.
Men have a moment to be pampered in a comfortable environment to get a cut and a shave.
I highly recommend this place for very reasonable prices and amazingly kind employees full of aloha. The place is small and more like a four-chair dinner table environment. You make your reservations in advance via Booksy, or they sometimes accept walk-ins. Male, female, everyone in between and beyond, this place is Da kine!
First time visit to this shop. Went at opening 10 am as walk in (one Barber present) and told 1 pm first appt. Shop is small but very clean with great atmosphere and cool wall coverings.
Returned at 1 pm and was seen by Kayla. She was friendly and professional as was other stylist/barber present (Orange hair, sorry didn't get name). Hate getting a cut by anyone but my normal person, BUT Kayla did an awesome job and cut it perfectly.
Would absolutely go back to this location. Have a feeling that whomever cuts your hair, you won't be disappointed! Mahalo!!

I fly over from Oahu often and always get my pedicure at Thai Nail here on Maui. Their gel color selection is so expansive more than the nail salons I have been to in Honolulu. The owners are so incredibly sweet as well.
Stayed close by at a condo for vacation and needed to redo my nails as I had several cracked nails (dip). I called first thing at 9am on a Friday to inquire if they had availability and was told I could come in now. Beach nail salon with comfy massage chairs for pedicures. Only one other customer was present when entering. I was serviced right away and my tech did a great job with my dip mani and middle tier pedicure. Salon seems like a mixture of regulars and tourists. I did notice the phone ring a few occasions for customers scheduling appointments so best to call ahead unless coming in earlier for a walk in. Prices were reasonable. Try to tip in cash. My nail tech (I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she was wearing black shirt and jeans this morning) did a great time efficient work on my nails. Would return if ever back in the area.

Nancy (the owner) is incredibly friendly and detail-oriented. I’ve never had anyone fix my nails so perfectly or give me such a cute design the way she did.
We actually called an hour before closing, and at first Nancy almost had to turn us away since all her techs had gone home. But she reached out to Luca, and he came back in just to help us. When she let us know, she literally yelled “YAY!” on the phone – it was so sweet.
Normally my boyfriend and I are pretty quiet, but Nancy and Luca made us feel so welcome that we ended up chatting the whole time. My boyfriend and Luca hit it off talking basketball while Luca gave me a pedicure, and his foot massage (he’s training to be a masseuse!) was on another level. Nancy even stayed until 8 p.m. to put the finishing touches on my manicure, making sure it was absolutely perfect.
If you’re in a rush or just want a quick in-and-out service, this might not be the place for you. But if you want a relaxing, personal experience with people who truly care about their work, this salon is a must. The service was so exceptional that I was genuinely sad I can’t be a regular!

I did my first laser treatment with Mari today and I will say I'm 100% sure I made the right choice to see her. We booked Robbie's for a massage for both my sister and I for my 50th birthday while visiting Maui. Patrica and Hiya(might be spelled wrong) were the lovely ladies who did our massage. They listened well and we left feeling quite relaxed. We both had an hour massage and I also got a salt scrub. I had mine outside which was lovely with the sounds of nature. Dillon was amazing, he worked extremely hard on my knots and finally released them. It took three separate appointments to finally get rid of therm but it was so effective.

My husband booked a Swedish massage for me, on our third day (of a nine day stay.) My husband knows what I like. At the spa, I was welcomed and felt comfortable right away. (As I was filling out the pre-treatment paperwork, I couldn’t help but overhear a client (who’d just finished a treatment) go off on the staff, due to an auto service fee. First of all, the staff doesn’t dictate fees— the staff doesn’t implement fees. They simply do their job. So for a guest to berate them, when they are simply doing their job, is pointless (and rude) in my opinion. Kudos to the staff for handling themselves in a completely professional manner, in dealing with this guest who, in my opinion , was out of line. So, right off the bat, I’m impressed by their ability to handle difficult situations. They definitely diffused the awkward atmosphere the guest had created.) Clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing dressing room and relaxation room. My massage therapist, MIKE, was exceptional. Quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. The technique and pressure he applied, was perfect for me. After the massage, I sat in the relaxation room. I almost felt like I was in a coma, I was so relaxed! I finished the water bottle and chocolates Mike had provided me with, following my massage. If you’re considering a treatment in this spa, do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Nikki is a fantastic makeup artist!! From the moment our communications started in the months leading up to our babymoon trip, she was super professional and transparent about her services. I had a wonderful time with her prior to my maternity photo shoot. I originally had drawn one to my liking , provided him with my drawing and he just made it better … you can’t go wrong with this place . We thought we had a plumber set to go, but not. Called Lyons, spoke with Sue, and they were able to get our plumbing needs completed within a week, with their tight schedule. Jake came out and did the work for a shower remodel. Jake and Sue did a great job with communication, as well as a great job for our shower. They have an automated system for booking and invoices and send pictures, so you get an idea of the work that they did. With other cleaners we never knew how our unit looked, so there was always the thought that something had not been done.

They replaced our poorly installed vinyl plank flooring that had buckled and failed, taking special care and expertise to properly level and prepare the subfloor before laying the new, engineered wood floor. I was connected to Paul with Walk on Wood from the company I bought my flooring from and am soooo grateful because it was an incredibly easy experience. Paul and his team are efficient, professional, and did a beautiful job. I had talked to a few installers but Paul always answered me immediately where others left me on read for weeks. I ended up moving forward with Walk on Wood because of their reputation and how efficient they were in communication. I thought it would reflect in their work and I was right. The job was done carefully and efficiently. Not to mention Paul and his team are so nice. Don't you want to work with genuinely nice people? They always checked in with me and are easy to talk to.

they been around for many years. many in many family worked for them. i tried applying but never got a call back. contracted with them now on projects and they are a very legitimate company. they know what their doing but mabey their professionalism could use some work, but that may be the old days.

I have to say that David & Prescott did a great job with my trees. Although it did take some time to get me on their schedule (they do major jobs for schools & public properties), when their crew showed up they did a great job and their clean-up was perfect. I had 10 trees over 30 feet high trimmed and one removed. The regular Tongan tree guys who come around would no longer climb my trees since they were so far overgrown. And, although the Tongan guys said they would remove my tree, I didn't have the confidence that they had the crew to do it , expertise, and insurance. This tree was over 30 feet high and awkwardly placed where it could have damaged my deck and house if it was taken down improperly. Prescott and his crew fell my tree precisely where it had to fall and did not affect my deck (which was 4 feet from the tree). If you have patience, I highly recommend Malafu Contractors. Also, their price was very fair.
Excellent first visit for both of my kids with Dr. McDaniel and team. Most importantly, this practice aligns with my values of not over-treating/over-diagnosing, as evidenced by his conclusion my daughter didn't have cavities and to just do preventive sealants for areas other dentists said needed fillings. I liked how on their website they also stress not unnecessarily exposing vulnerable kids to x-rays and toxic materials, and that they offer newer alternative materials/treatments -- SDF, Glass Ionomer (GI).
Everyone was super nice, and the office is quite appealing and modern too. So happy to have found the perfect practice for our kids. Just wish they were for adults too!

Dr Hannah Lewis is absolutely the best dentist at that office! I love her, she literally saved my life when my regular dentist wouldn't see me and I got major infection that became septic. Office always very kind and responsive, they treat my whole family and if u know Maui, it's next to impossible to find good dentist there but this office been always great!

I was very pleased to find Dr. Maggie Garcia. I am pleased to recommend her to all. I went to see her for an initial appointment with a follow up deep clean and then re-check. Very professional, detailed and friendly with customer service in mind.
I was experiencing some tooth pain on our vacation and messaged Maui Dental and they were able to get me in the same day which was also a holiday day (New Years Day). Dr Lewis and her assistant were amazing and I am so grateful for them. Now to enjoy the rest of vacation and follow up with my dentist back home.

Best visit to a Dr.'s office ever. Walked in feeling old, run down, out of alignment, but then left with an entirely new posture. I only wish I knew about Dr. Avallone earlier on my vacation. My back had been hurting from playing too much and the doctor provided me with a full body tune up in 30 mins. Every dollar was well worth the visit. Dr. Fortune is absolutely amazing! He uses holistic healing to get you back to where you were years ago. I went in with extreme back and shoulder pain and he uses a special lymphatic drainage method and completely takes the pain away. It may take a few sessions, but you will be so happy that you went! The best part about it is that he does accept certain insurances. Krista (office manager) Is also amazing, She is so knowledgeable and passionate about health. It really makes a difference when you’re not just another number and they actually care about your health & well being.
Dr. Latter is the best chiropractor I have ever gotten care from. I had a terrible episode of sciatica when we landed on Maui. Could hardly walk and could not sleep at all. Dr. Latter moved his schedule around and saw me on short notice. Dr. Latter is confident in his process and skilled in his methods. He saved our trip to Maui and put me on a path to lasting healing.
Shayna is amazing. I've been meaning to write this review for months now. I do a lot of physical work and play including tree work, painting, surfing and mountain biking. Anytime I get a little out of whack, I go to see her. Every treatment is a little different and I feel like she really pays attention to my specific conditions. Amazing chiropractor and person.
Brian Chenes is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. The more I go to him the better I get. He's a great chiropractor. He really cares. He has a very unique way of using pressure points and loosening me up first. Then he gives me an overall body work. I feel like I stand up straighter from the treatments. so my posture is much better. And I can hold my head up high in the face of adversity. something about Chiropractic that is so good for my posture and all kinds of things that are related to well-being. I can't recommend a chiropractor anywhere near this good. We are so lucky to have him in Maui. He's very well experienced and he's also very strong and down to Earth. Definitely a real natural at this.

I found Dr. Dressler to be a highly compassionate vet, who gave a sensible treatment plan for an elder colony cat. He only ordered testing necessary for the most likely health problem, and didnt upsell lots of additional tests (something I've experienced in the past at some other clinics).
I can't recommend Kihei Vet Clinic enough! All of our pets have been receiving trusted & reliable services here for about eight years. I end up coming in at least once a month as we have many fur babies! The way they interact with my animals, always assures me that my babies are in the BEST hands. We have had to go through almost everything with them, from leg amputations to eye surgeries, to sicknesses, you name it! Some situations had us stressed & concerned, but Kihei Vet ALWAYS takes the best care and takes all the worry away! They do anything they can to make any process/procedure smoother for myself and for our pets. What I love most about Kihei Vet Clinic: The compassion & knowledge of the staff. I don't have children of my own, so my pets are my family. Dr. Leaper & the staff have treated myself and my pets with the upmost respect & care, every time we come in. With all the changes throughout the years, we are so grateful that we can consistently rely on this vet clinic for my kiddos! We can't thank them enough for their quality & outstanding services! I had the chance recently to visit Kihei Veterinary Clinic. While I was there I was lucky enough to be given a tour by one of the owners who had some free time and I also got a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes! Wow, as a client you mostly just get to see the lobby and the exam rooms but this time I was able to see their treatment areas, xray area, pharmacy and all the stuff you know must be there but you never get to see. I was impressed by the layout and how everything was organized as well as how busy and committed to their work everyone seemed to be. There were two really sick dogs there from the same family and everyone was heartsick over it and trying to do everything they could to make a difference. Sometimes when you talk to the staff you don't realize how much they care until you see them in action trying to save a life. As clients we don't always get to witness that. Dr. Leaper was there and getting ready to go out on a house call and his staff was so good about making sure he had everything he needed because who knows the situation will be when you get there? Anyway I really appreciated the tour and it gave me a deeper understanding of the practice and how dedicated they are to helping animals. I highly recommend Kihei Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Jerob Leaper!

Amazing studio and instructors. They have a class for everyone. They make all levels feel welcome. From restorative, to yin, to tough vinyasa & barre classes. They have it all. I cannot say enough good things about this space, the energy and the wonderful instructors/yogis. I only wish I found this studio sooner. I’m hooked!Also, they have livestream classes for those days when you can’t make it to the studio or for when you are traveling. They offer intro packages, which is how I found them, and I never looked back. 5 stars all the way!

Pilates has completely transformed my relationship with exercise. Despite being naturally thin and lacking strength, I've seen noticeable improvements, especially in my posture and arm strength, now I feel more strong. Or's explanations are incredible, making me fully aware of each movement and allowing me to approach it with patience. Pilates is now an integral part of my life, and I'm so so happy. Plus, the studio is aesthetically pleasing and impeccably clean. I did a full research of studios in Maui before I started and this one is the best !!
This is such a wonderful studio, well appointed and great energy. We took a couple of private classes with the owner who was fantastic and one of her newer teachers Caroline who was equally awesome. Highly recommend for new Pilates folks (like me) or more experienced practitioners (like my gf). We both loved and will be back!
Dani & Hakem visited our Wailea Beach Villa during our honeymoon for an en suite couples massage. They were both fabulous, very professional and fun. It was my husband’s first true massage and they made him feel comfortable and relaxed. We were in awe by the hot towel and hot stones they used - even as a mobile massage service! Would highly recommend!
I was referred to Paul by two very happy patients, and now I understand why. I had horrible sciatica pain for three weeks. After just one session and following his at-home exercise recommendations, my pain dropped from a 7 to a 4. After the second session the following week, it was down to a 2. I'm hopeful I'll be running again after the next session. If you're in pain, don't hesitate—book an appointment!
My massage was life changing. lol. I arrived late on a Sunday and by Monday morning I badly needed a massage for my neck and lower back, from the flight, plus my legs, which were swelling from lack of movement. I just showed up and was able to get in right away. This little Thai lady worked my body like a power lifter. I'm not sure what kind of massage I received, whether it was deep tissue, lymphatic or Thai, but wow! I left there with no headache, little to no lower back pain, and no more swelling. Plus, she offered me water on my way out. I felt like a million bucks for my week long visit. I would highly recommend this wellness center for it's location, ease of getting in without an appointment, their prices, and the service. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Kihei. Wow!! This place!! We got a couples massage and are sad that we found this place on vacation and not in our home town. Would 1000% go back. They made sure to figure out any trouble spots and made the entire experience really comfortable. Also they gave us sarongs as a little gift for our honeymoon!

A couple sentences just doesnt do David justice(not the baseball player). Hes worked with pro athletes, veterans, aspiring athletes, trauma victims, weekend warriors(myslef). His approach and attitude are different, and I think that is key. Typical sports massage, stretching, even chiro over years couldn't accomplish what we did in 2 visits for my hips/back. If only I could have brought him back east coast with me...

This woman will break your heart if you only get to see her a couple times and not more. You will never be the same after she touches you. It happened to me. One of the better massages I have received! Very professional, on time and very in tune with what your body needs! As a massage therapist for 24 years it was definitely one of the top massages I have experienced. 60 minutes would be a disservice to yourself always 90 min!!

I cannot put into words how much one session of reiki with Jason helped me. I went into my appointment with him, and I didnt even have to tell him where I was suffering. He put his hands over my back where my heart is. He gave me reiki for 45 minutes to an hour in that spot.
