This is such a wonderful studio, well appointed and great energy. We took a couple of private classes with the owner who was fantastic and one of her newer teachers Caroline who was equally awesome. Highly recommend for new Pilates folks (like me) or more experienced practitioners (like my gf). We both loved and will be back!
What an amazing studio! I’ve seen the instructors with advanced students, brand new students, and injured students. They teach with a perfect balance of helping each student know their limit and improve class after class. I’ve never felt more protected and yet encouraged to grow. Hmmm. Not just encouraged but I can see in their eyes that they know I’m on the right path to heal a broken body. These folks are special Aloha.
I took 5 mat classes and a couple reformer familiarization classes that were all amazing. Instruction was really helpful. I learned quite a lot from each instructor. The facility is convenient, clean, and quiet. Just perfect, thank you Kelly!
