Aki went above and beyond for me to get complete Ambassador Elite Experience!I just flew in from Tokyo after work and was up for 24hours I was very jet lagged and grumpy and she made my stay a lot better. She was very patient with my request exceeding my expectations! This is a great 4 Star hotel! But little things I did not like. This is NOT a beach front hotel! It is a 8 minute walk to actual beach with umbrellas. The outdoor activities opens at 8am! It looks like other hotels close by open earlier. Today, I had the most exceptional deep tissue massage at Mandara Spa in Maui, all thanks to the amazing massage therapist, Mike. I have visited numerous spas over the years, but my experience at Mandara Spa stands out, largely due to Mike's extraordinary skills and expertise.From the moment I arrived, the calming atmosphere and welcoming staff set the stage for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. For nearly 20 years I have gotten a massage and had many different therapists. I must say that this is one of the best massages I have had. Wenjie is amazing. She truly cares about your needs. You are just not another customer.
